1. Who we are
NT Machinery ("NT Machinery", "we", "us") is a marine and offshore engineering company specialising in hydraulically driven pedestal mounted cranes. We are the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.

2. What data we collect
This website does not use user accounts or newsletters. The only personal data you actively share with us is what you choose to submit through the enquiry form:
- Name
- Company name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Intended application and required crane capacity
- Your message and any technical details you include
We do not collect special categories of personal data.
If you give your consent through the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to measure how the website is used — for example which pages are visited and which browser and device type you use. Your full IP address is not stored by Google Analytics. No analytics data is collected if you do not consent. See our Cookie Policy for the details.
3. Why we use your data, and on what basis
We use the details from your enquiry solely to respond to your request, answer technical questions and prepare a quotation. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your data is not used for marketing purposes, profiling or automated decision-making.
For the website usage measurements described in section 2, we process analytics data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time; see our Cookie Policy for how to do this.
4. How we handle your data
When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent to us by email at contactform@ntmachinery.nl. Your enquiry is not stored in a database on this website. You receive an automatic confirmation email at the address you provided, so that you have a record of your request.
To deliver these emails and host the website, we rely on carefully selected service providers that process data on our behalf, including our email delivery provider and our hosting provider. If you have consented to analytics, website usage data is also shared with Google as part of the Google Analytics measurements described above. These processors are bound by data processing agreements and handle your data only as needed to provide their services.
Our website infrastructure protects the enquiry form against abuse using short-lived technical measures such as rate limiting. These measures do not create marketing profiles and are not used to identify individuals.
We never sell your personal data or share it for third-party marketing.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry emails only as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting quotation or project, and afterwards only where required for our administrative or legal record-keeping obligations. Data we no longer need is deleted.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
